We are a research centre at Birkbeck, University of London, that brings together scholars across the world and at all stages in their careers with interests in the social, cultural, political, economic, intellectual and legal fabric of our world of nation-states and international institutions.
About the centre
Centre members include, among others, historians, geographers, area studies experts, political scientists, scholars of international relations, legal scholars, policy analysts, economists, sociologists, anthropologists, cultural and literary theorists.
The Centre provides a shared home for all research enquiries into the nature, expressions, origins and future of internationalism.
